The New World Kirkpatrick Model

The New World Kirkpatrick Model

Kategoria:
When working on training projects, we use the so-called Kirkpatrick Model. It is a comprehensive training evaluation system that involves four levels of assessment:
1. participants' impressions of their participation in the project (post training feedback surveys)
2. the amount of knowledge acquired (knowledge tests)
3. the level of transferring theory into daily practice (on-the-job observation)
4. the impact of the project on the company's financial and non-financial indicators (KPI - Key Performance Indicators).

At the core of this methodology lies a very simple and rational assumption: Before you spend company funds on a training project, think about the final results you expect. What do you want to achieve? What should change, and what do you want to improve? At the end of the project, assess the extent to which you have achieved your intended goals.

Great Life Coaching

Kategoria:
Coaching proves to be a valuable tool for implementing changes not only in the business environment but also in private life. Employees of companies are, above all, people. Private life has an impact on the professional sphere, and vice versa. Job satisfaction and the quality of interpersonal relationships within the company directly contribute to overall life satisfaction. The burden of current tasks, pressure, deadlines, stress generated by clients, but also by one's own organization – all of these affect the emotional state of employees. Another increasingly important topic in recent years is the balance between work and personal life. Coaching can help in these and many other areas. Coaching sessions can be conducted remotely (online or by phone) or in face-to-face meetings. If you would like to learn more or schedule a trial coaching session, just make one phone call: +48 603 893 607.

The Fourth Industrial Revolution

Founder and Chairman of the World Economic Forum, Klaus Martin Schwab, has written an intriguing book in which he, in a very accessible way, describes how successive industrial revolutions have impacted the lives of ordinary people. The steam engine, light bulb, and computer are symbols of the three previous industrial revolutions. Now, according to the author, we find ourselves in the midst of the Fourth Industrial Revolution (Industry 4.0), which will change literally everything, not only in the economic sphere but also in the social realm and in the lives of each of us. In his book, Schwab highlights the major trends in the development of modern technologies that truly define the direction of future changes. Will modern technologies help solve humanity's problems, or will they contribute to its demise? Only time will tell.
