The owner of the company is a qualified career counsellor, coach and certified assessor for assessment and development centre AC/DC methodology (IBD Business School – Warsaw).

Responsible for all psychological tests is a team of psychologists experienced in psychometric testing. Most of tests we use in our practice come from Pracownia Testów Psychologicznych Polskiego Towarzystwa Psychologicznego w Warszawie (the Polish Psychological Society in Warsaw).

We are in close cooperation with Labour Offices run by government authorities and University Career Offices in the whole Poland.
